I see that one of the previous reviews also mentioned the lack of hot water. This was the same during our stay. Location is perfect for seeing the old town. Right in the centre of the old town fantastic location.Spacious with a great shower we really enjoyed our stay here.Worth it alone for the charming tea and cake shop right next door sugar and spice.In the middle of everything I have nothing bad to say very spacious for three people really near great restarants and bars and perfect for shopping.

Room was convenient to everything in the old town of Dubrovnik and had a modern look and kitchen. Owner was easy to reach and we were able to easily find the Villa as it is right in the heart of the old town.
