I dont know why so many bad reviews but for just over £30 a night, this place was amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especialy Valdi on reception, who helped with many different enquiries including buses into town. We really enjoyed the pool, dinners, location and service at Hotel Palma. BUT bring a fan!. Sleeping was so difficult because of no AC and it really almost spoiled our whole experience. For a quiet swim day - reserve a chair early at the Yacht Club next door - well worth it!

We had a nice clean room with great views of the Marina. The whole hotel could do with an upgrade though! Would NOT recommend doing half-board as the food and service in the restaurant are terrible.
