I have now stayed here 3 times on business and it is very good value for the price. Breakfast is good and omelettes are great. Clean rooms and attentive staff. Easy walk into the centre and great taxi service from Gadaff. Quiet location in safe neighbourhood

Good Hotel in centre of town next to Swiss Ambasy. My room was not so large (single) but ok for me. Breakfast was ok but not that special. Minibar had only water and a coke. What stands out is the great service of the staff! friendly and very attentive. Maybe the time of the year was not so great and... More

My normal choice of hotel was unavailable and I tried the Ambassador on a colleague's recommendation. Rates are good, rooms are clean, comfortable and a reasonable size. Wi-fi and a good selection of satellite TV channels made the stay pleasant. Breakfast is not exceptional but good and adequate fare. I agree with other reviewers that the staff were, without exception,... More

We were upgraded to one of the largest suites we have ever seen. The hotel is boutique style and very nice. The front desk clerk was very helpful in making restaurant recommendations and writing down detailed directions. Breakfast was good. Overall if you are going to Pristina I think this is the place to stay. It is in a very... More

Pristina is off the tourist trail and has surprisingly good cheap restaurants and cafes. The Hotel is located next to Swiss consulate and within walking distance of the sights of the city. There were not many other guests at the hotel during our stay. We were given a free upgrade to a suite. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke... More

I stayed for four days' business trip. The room was comfortable - agree with the previous remark on sewage smell in bathroom. Internet did not work very well. Lobby bar is small and open at odd hours. When I arrived in the morning there was no place to eat in the hotel. The breakfast was boring and limited. I found... More

Says it all; family run, immediately next to the Swiss consulate. Short walk to downtown and safe to boot! Rooms are very nice size; good lobby bar and breakfast was amazing overlooking the city from the rooftop restaurant. Strongly would recommend this property. The asian massage next door is also incredible. The walking on the back was a bit scary,... More

The Ambasador Hotel is close to the city center, a 5 minute walk to the pedestrian area (Mother Terese Street) ) and adjacent to the Swiss embassy. It is a new hotel, very clean and well maintained. I had a huge suite with separate living room, bedroom and bathroom. Good service and breakfast. The price (~90 EUR per night) was... More

Nice hotel in a good location in Pristina. Bathroom on 2nd floor had slight smell of sewage, but was clean and well maintained. Nice comfortable bed, good tv. Will stay here again.

Nice Superior 3* Hotel in Pristina. 5-10 Minutes on foot from Madre Theresa Street. Rooms are big and confortable. Breakfast is ok but could be better.
