Whole hotel smells of cigarettes and is not pleasant to stay or for coffee. Waiters are not helpful and the cheat reception staff is same. If you can choose go somewhere else. Have fun in Mostar which is great but avoid this hotel.

This is a great Hotel. Good value for your money. The rooms are clean and big enough for mess..The hotell is located not far from the old part of the city with restaurants in every direction. The breakfast is served early and you can enjoy a coffee upstairs in the lobby bar. I always live here while visiting Mostar.

Good location of the hotel, quite close to the old part of the town. Only several parking places for hotel quest (?), so we had to pay parking close to the hotel. We found the Bristol a calm location near the main tourist attraction to walk but not within the general vacinity of the mass of tourists. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the breakfast was however rather disappointing.

I think this place has a lot of potential, and could be a sumptuous business class hotel - but I wonder if there isn't quite the market for it, and so the upkeep isn't really viable. Good location, ten minutes walk from the famous Mostar bridge. Spacious room, nice terrace outside cafe. Very windy. Quite sad breakfast. Still, at 50 euro per night for single room - not too bad value for money.

This is a very pleasant hotel with patio overlooking the river. The staff were wonderful. Our room was spacious enough and very clean. The staff are very helpful and there is a very pleasant terrace overlooking the river which provides a pleasant breeze to alleviate the June heat. The hotel room was spacious, if a tad spartan. There was a large flat screen TV but it is at some distance from the bed. Breakfast was adequate with coffee available from a dispensing machine.
