Bad experience. This a modest 2 star hotel, with 5 star pricing. Basic clean rooms, normal furniture. Poor customer service. Poor atmosphere, more like in a hostel. Room, as shown in the pictures on their site, very small, bathroom- smaller then any other seen before. I am 1,64m and 55kg and while using the toilet the space was very robust, so if anyone bigger then that using will be kind'of a challenge. Not 4 stars by all means and very poor value for money. And not a place to go, unless there are really no other options. Rooms are a little too smal, but the rest is OK. Very quiet wich is a big plus for Mamaia, were in every corner is a diferent music till 6am in the morning. Good breakfast. Parking is away from reception -> no luggage help provided. Service is average, wich is allmost positive for Romania.

The hotel is good but the walls speaks a lot :) the staff was not aware how to credit the points on card. But they are not rude and helpful? Don't surprise if room service enters in without knocking the door.

No working batteries in Tv remote and also in safety box. The employes don't care about this. In one word: I don't recomend!

Make sure you get a seaside view on a higher level so you can relax and look at the sea. No beach front however as the Vega Hotel has 'stolen' their frontage and you have to pay for a beach chair.
