“There are much better places to stay”

The apartment was very tired and old fashioned, not a very pleasant stay and it was not worth the amount of money paid. Mamaia itself is worth a visit, but stay somewhere else.

This has to be the worst of all the places I stayed on my trip to Romania last year. The room was old and the bed very uncomfortable, bad air conditioning and the bathroom was not clean. Service ok but that was about it.

“Unacceptable cancellation charge”

Well, more problem with this hotel. We booked a room and cancelled within 24 hours of booking due to personal reasons. We contacted the hotel direct explaning. The booking was for August 2011, plenty of time to rebook the room but they took 270 euros from our credit card, a whopping 30% of our total fee. This is absolutely unacceptable.
