Stayed last week for business purposes. Elegant and Cozy atmosphere. Professional staff and a very good restaurant with an amazing view of the port of Constanta. Be back again for sure! Free wifi, sauna and is situated near the city centre.

Hard to find, but worth the effort. I stayed here some time ago, but the rooms were super clean, large and comfortable, and the staff were really kind. The food served in the restaurant was also excellent!
