I stayed in Park hotel for 6 nights and I would like to say that, overall, I enjoyed the experience. The staff were attentive, looked smart and were professional, my room was cosy and always clean to the highest standards. The hotel had a very good feel. I have no hesitation in recommending it.

This is a very nice and clean hotel. It is close from the coffee shops and the reputable restaurants of Aleppo. The location of the hotel is excellent, most of the rooms are overlooking the nice big park infront of the hotel. the service and the reception staff are very kind and helpful.

Stayed here in April. The room was very big with a nice big functioning bathroom, TV, AC and fridge. We could use the internet computers for free in the business center. Friendly and very helpful front desk staff who multitasked a number of services such as concierge, wake-up call etc...they never hesitated to assist. Best hotel that I have stayed at in all of Syria. The staff was incredibly helpful. The location is great as you can easily access the old City and the nightlife as well. Bassel at the front desk went beyond the call of duty and gave me great advice on places to go and what prices to expect to pay.
