One of the worst hotels I had stayed in last few yrs of travel to saudi...not by choice though as no rooms available elsewhere...Except location and internet, everything is absolutely in bad state including staff/room/restaurants/management. My advise: AVOID staying here or if no room available elesewhere, POSTPONE your trip...!!..One of the worst managed properties of Pullman..

Stayed with friends a few nights. Arrived at 6pm, very tired after a long flight to be told our rooms aren't ready yet as still occupied! Had to wait 6 hours in the lounge for that. Stayed here on business last week - not by choice. Check in was slow, check out was slow. A colleague said the beds were comfortable and he was right. Room was in need of renovation and maintenance. Room service dinner and breakfast were basic offerings, hot items were luke warm. Good point was free WIFI.

Good location for me as a business traveller. But to be honest, I never had a room more dirty and used up than in this hotel. The staff, except the reception is nice and helpful. Breakfast is acceptable, but don't try the burger from the room service - a great disappointment.

Standard hotel for business trip. The room are not too big, clean even if they are old. Very good breakfast. The swimming pool is ok to survive in summer. Taxi are always available, it takes about 35/40 minutes to the airport (100 SAR) when traffic is normal. The AC system is good, not too cold I mean.

Has a central location but thats about it. Staff at check in is slow. Lift flooring is broken and carpets are well past change date in the hallways. Rooms need a immediate refurb - certainly not a upscale hotel. Breakfast menu did not change and staff struggles to replenish buffet during peak times. For dinner found it better to walk... More
