I found the hotel to be decent and the rooms alright. I think I got one of the renovated rooms, The breakfast is ok, nothing spectacular. I think the hotel caters more to a relegious tourism crowd and is less of a business hotel

The hotel management claims a total renovation and refurbishment of the hotel , it's a big lie. Hotel furniture is old and rooms are smelly, air conditions don't work and I had to change the room after the technicians failed to fix my AC. Food is lousy and waiters are rude, my advice .......don't even try it.... MY OVER ALL... More

if you want to travel on business purpose, Red sea palace is considerable choice. i alway love the location , balad - Cornish market , even a taxi driver as new as 1 day to city will take you there with ease. Room Quality is okay-ish do not expect high class; with slight improvement day by day as Holiday Inn... More

This is a tired hotel. Apparently there is a renovation programme going on but I did not see any evidence of this. The room was reasonably clean and the bed comfortable enough but the air conditioning was industrially noisy so not conducive to a good night’s sleep. My room overlooked a lagoon which if you look at a map is... More

I have been a faithful supporter of this hotel for more than 20 years and have only stayed in 1 other hotel in Jeddah throughout my entire career. I recently stayed at Red Sea Palace Hotel 2.3 - 4.3.2013 and need to share my experiences during this stay. On 3.3 I was waiting in the hotel lobby for my contact... More

I stayed for 11 nights on business recently. Ideal location for where I was working and for the balad area. Main issues where the noisy room AC and the thin curtains so a very short and restless sleep. Food was good for the first few nights then a large Umrah party arrived and the buffet menu turned eastwards to satisfy... More

Very good hotel, very good breakfast, rooms are good and location is ok. I recommend this hotel if you are on business stay. Taxi is readily available from outside the hotel at anytime. Location is middle of city so to get to your location, could be late due to traffic. Service is very good. wi-fi connection is slow but you... More

Although the location is fantastic, right next to the Balad, the hotel isn't very pleasant. The rooms didn't smell nice, they are very old and it appears as they have not gotten the maintenance they need for years. I also found the service to be under average although they were polite. Breakfast was not good. The AC was very noisy... More
