“Excellent”

Great hotel. Stayed at the Level. Beautiful decor, everything working properly, friendly staff. The location was perfect for us. I was planning on taking taxis so it was half way to malls, souks, Bastakiya, Mosque. Room service was prompt, delish and not too pricey.

“excellent hotel”

The hotel was outstanding, staff very helpful and professional. Initially the hotel entrance you have to go into the basement but once in the hotel you will be amazed. “It could be much better”

The hotel it self Is very nice but they used very poor forniture. In the room some doors are not closing or the support are already damaged. But the worst thing Is the room cleaning. A lot of powder on chairs, no replacement of soap and laundry bags also after asking for three consecutive days!! Definitly not 5 star service.
