Staff wished us welcome very warmly and upgraded us to a 3 bedroom suite whereas we have booked for a 2 bedroom.
But they didn't tell us at all that at 7 in the morning, hammers and drills began to work!!!
The noise was awful and unbearable.
We are very desappointed, they should have closed this hotel while on reparation....
