Great apartments in a great location. Spinneys is right beside the hotel, Lamcy plaza facing it and lot of shops around. Not far from all the malls except Mall of Emirates and Ebn Battouta. Spacious rooms and very comfortable with all facilities. Staff are amazing. I always use this hotel and will surely use it again.

Very nice and clean.The room are really good with all facilitis you may need.Rates are great compared to other hotels,parking is free. i have stayed at Al Faris 3 on 3 occassion, and every time i see development within. before the rooms were looking old but new they have new furnishing, new LCD TV, room looks bright with the new color, there is coffeeshop serving breakfast and snacks, cleaning staff are more proactive, reception boys are helpfull, just walk across and there... The basics are there. Good size rooms (ok very dark) But worst of all the staff!!! They are rude, don't care or understand. (kept replacing two used towels with one fresh, so we had to call front desk everyday) With prober maintenance and new better staff. This hotel could be better.
