I found cockroaches in my bed, the living room and the bedroom wall. Cleanliness was terrible. There was no hot water on the first day, then the water ran out completely and had to call staff to fix the problem. The foyer bathroom had broken shower tray tub.The A/C controls were broken too.

The staff were awesome and extremely friendly and courteous.
