Great room. Good value. Nice breakfast, and were happy to do fried eggs even though they offered scrambled. Just tucked away from the main strip. Quiet location. Free DVDs welcomed, provided some relaxation. Comfortable hammocks in the garden to relax on. Showers have a knack to them. I can't remember what the trick was now, but once you figure it... More

Highly recommend staying here while in copacabana however I do have some advice. Don't book it ahead of time as I think you will get a better deal if you just show up. We paid $45 US but other hotels in the area were going for less than $30. Our guide book advertised this hotel as being around $30 as... More

We just spent 2 nights in this cozy hotel in the center of Copacabana. For the price we paid, I think it is a simple and good hotel. The room was clean and simple, they had a huge variety of DVDs to rent out for free so that you can watch it on TV in your room, the staff were... More

This hotel really is a lovely little place to stay. Set slightly up a hillside means it has great views over Lake Titicaca. The rooms are nice and clean. There are heaters available from reception which means the rooms can be made nice and warm too. DVDs available free of charge too. The hot water in the bathroom is solar... More

A 10 minute walk uphill from the bus station/plaza, the hostel has a great view of the lake and a nice grassy area with hammocks to view it from. All the rooms seem to have only one common wall which makes them more like little cabins. Our room was quite large, clean and tidy. Each room has a tv and... More

Great views. Room was comfortable but not well insulated. Took credit card which was very welcome, also were able to book online in advance. We were looking forward to the DVD selection as we were shattered and wanted to relax but it did not work in our room. The shower gave off small electric shocks. Laundry service was cheap and... We stayed here last minute due to Las Olas stuffing up our reservation. The staff spoke good English and were very accommodating. The rooms were lovely, the beds were very comfortable with great bedding and the property had great views. The breakfast was good and in a nice area. The only negative was the shower; despite getting the owner to... More

Up a steep hill and steps from the town centre (take a taxi from the bus station if you have lots of luggage), but consequently quiet though very convenient. Nice ecolodges with solar heated water for showers ( doesn't run out as traditional heaters kick in if you use a lot), hammocks overlooking the lake and a chilled atmosphere. Excellent... More

We got a room for 5 people which was OK except that there were many spiders in the room...we've seen at least 15. As the price of the hotel is quite expensive for the place, you would except something cleaner and nicer. The room was cold but we had enough covers and an electrical heater. There is a flat TV... Convenient to downtown Copacabana but away from the main street so nice and quiet. Good view of the lake from the yard areas which have hammocks. Excellent breakfast served by friendly staff. Only 2 down sides. #1 Electric showers and #2 the main gate closes for security at 10PM making it necessary to sound a buzzer to be let in.... More
