Reasonably priced one bedroom efficiency in a quiet,better-off, residential area, offers the budget traveler a pretty good bargain. I spent a week at Urbari Apart hotel and was extremely satisfied with the service..very prompt service and courteous people...great breakfat that the kids loved! Excellent location near a hospital and an a racquet club with access to a great pool... Only comment is that rooms are a bit outdated but overall the experience was great..we plan to stay there...
