The extremely unpleasant experience began just when we arrived at the hotel. The guy at the reception claimed that we booked one night only but we have booked two (over the phone). So he stared arguing with us...We asked him if there is no free rooms for the second night - and there was! How can we want to stay... More

No doubt, the best hotel in Bankya town. But this doesn't mean it's really a palace. Far from that, it's more a good country hotel. We stayed in winter time and there was no heating in the lobby and in the restaurant. Indeed, we're only two couples in the whole hotel si it wouldn't be reasonable to heat the entire... More
