Smelly rooms,dirty sheets,this place is falling apart. Seems to be popular choice of tuk tuk drivers to take their customers to. Not a good value as many places around are ten times nicer for similar price. Not recommended.

A group of friends and I stayed here for 5 nights. Located close to pub street (1-2 min walk) and a nice downstairs restaurant with cheap beers and a pool table- great for mingling with other guests. The rooms were clean with plenty of space. Above all, staff were very friendly and helpful. Worth a look!
