People who wait on you here are very friendly and kind. They will propose specifications that meet our needs. Would recommend to everybody travelling to Kambodia for a home away from home. Thank you for making our visit so special!

Stayed here a total of one week over two trips. I booked through a site that got me a great deal so I didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean enough, shower, ac, fan all worked. The staff is attentive and will offer to book your Angkor Wat tour as soon as you get in which... More

Great, clean rooms with a/c, handy location walking distance to main streets (but not too noisy). The service was shocking as no one spoke English (not their fault but when they have drink special signs in English and don't honor them as they don't know what it says, it's a little disappointing). I'd still recommend it though. Side note, don't... More

Although the room itself seemed to be mostly clean and satisfactory, the staff and service of this hotel were aggressively rude and inept. After a long day of travel to arrive at the hotel, we were immediately hustled into booking a tuk-tuk driver through the hotel (we didn't accept). Every time we passed the front desk, the staff tried to... More

Tuk tuk took us to the hotel free of charge and we got a room for $15 inc breakfast which for us was perfect! They were very good at arranging our trip to the Angkor wat. We had a room with a tv that didn't work they moved us straight away to one with a tv that worked! Very accommodating.... More

The hotel promised to send a car to pick us up and claimed it was complimentary. There was no car at the airport, only a tuktuk. Though we had notified them of our flight no., the said vehicle was waiting at the international terminal, instead of the domestic terminal. we had to locate the vehicle ourselves.. the whole purpose of... Mr. UK was extremely nice and helpful. He took his time to make sure that we all get what we need. Room is good. Really does not look like the photo's cause all decoration has been removed. Lots of mosquito. Couple of rooms got mixed up but then it was quickly sorted out by Mr. UK. Great location. Really nice... More

The thing that struck me is that the hotel is very poorly lit, but the rooms seemed clean. Does not look like pictures anymore, as whatever was previously decorating the walls had been pulled down with tape left on the walls. I think ultimately it was clean and only needs a facelift. For the price it was fine but after... More
