I really enjoyed my experience at this hotel. The lobby is beautiful and comfortable, the room was nice and the pool was very inviting - a great place to relax after a day visiting the ruins. Location - easy access to the airport and downtown. Highly recommmend. And yes, the spa was upscale and Sophat was vice helpful and professional.

Hotel is located on a main street with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, massage parlours, etc. Staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Breakfast was buffet and really good. The rooms were quite comfortable and facilities were great.
