My wife and I stayed here for three nights in March 2013. We loved it. Everything is done with quality and taste. Great location, only a few blocks from the Cathedral. Serene decor, with white walls and brown wood floors and trim. Nice tub with lots of hot water. Lots of counter space in bathroom. Great restaurant: we ate dinner... More

This is a really nice hotel. We arrived late at night (actually early in the morning) off a flight from Santiago but on request they organised a taxi for us from the airport. The hotel is very modern and clean (many people say no air-con but our room had a free-standing air-con unit, noisy but effective) with a 'posh' restaurant... More

The hotel is very beautiful and modern, clean, and close to downtown and the beach. The room was nice, the only problem was the temperature (too hot) and No air-conditioner. There was only a small fan, not enough for the weather. Personnel is very friendly. The breakfast was ok, not buffet though. I'm not giving it 5 points because it... More

Modern hotel, very clean. Not cheap, but absolutely worth the money, stands up to its top rating. Good alternative to the further out hotel Diego de Almagro. Rooms to the front can be at bit noisy at weekends though.

Daniela was great, she treated me like family while I was here. I had a tone of questions as it was my first time in Arica. She gave me a ride to the beach to go surfing and to a tennis club where I got to play with some of the locals on a clay court. It was a lot... More

We stayed at the hotel for one night in April. Unfortunately we arrived very late and it took ages to work out the one way street system to actually manage to get to the hotel. Very frustrating after a delayed flight, so very clear directions from the hotel would have been a bonus. Having said that, it was a great... More

Parking lot arround the corner is included. Luckily we could use the owner's spot as i could not leave the rentalcar's key. The hotel also has a small restaurant. the breakfast was the... More

Spent 3 nights here. The hotel is small, but modern and clean, and located right in the middle of Arica, close to the main square and port. The owner, Daniela, speaks excellent English and is very helpful, with suggestions of things to see and do locally. The hotel's restaurant serves very good food, including some vegetarian dishes (unusual in Chile).

This is a nice well located hotel although there are better choices in Arica. We had no contact with the owner who is apparently very helpful. The staff on duty were okay but not particularly helpful. At the price one would have at least hoped for air-conditioning in a room with no outside window. The night we stayed was very... More
