“Simple and clean hotel”

I am currently staying at Hotel Alonso de Ercilla for 1 week. The entrance of the hotel and the hallways look a bit old and stinky (ugly brown carpet), but the rooms are actually nice, with wooden floors, and quiet. I stayed here for a few hours after a long work day (I flew into Temuco in the morning, worked in Chillan for a few hours, and spent the night in Concepcion). Room was clean.
