real nice place, centraly located in the heart of punta arenas, close to all the facilities you need. very homy atmospere, helpfull staff with good suggestions on restaurants and transport, nice rooms, good bathrooms. place to be.

Nice place, clean rooms, good location on the main square. Manager spoke english and was super nice and helpful. Booked some tours and gave good reastaurant recommendations. Can be a bit noisey with church bells and traffic but we recommend it.
