Regret to learn that the 'Sofitel Dongguan Humen Oriental' was quit from the Sofitel Group starting from April 1st. I am not sure the same quality and services will be remained and maintained after the detach.

A good hotel nonetheless based on hardware, but the service levels have dropped significantly, and check-in/out is slow as usual. Check-in lady staff was definitely less than friendly, grumpy even.
