Great hotel location is ok but right by the tube which is very handy. We had the executive suite this was great for the lounge with drinks and nibbles. This hotel's suit was more than comfortable, very clean and spacious. The service was also great and the staff was very helpful. The location is a bit far from downtown and all the noise, but there was a 5 mins walk metro statoin near the hotel.

I spent 3 nights in the Royal Suites in Shenzhen in October 2012 and, compared to hotels in Hong Kong, it was awesome value, two suites were less than 2/3 of what I would have paid for a tiny room in Hong Kong. I stayed two nights at this hotel. Magic is all I can say. Very spacious, clean and really comfortable. The staff's English is limited but they always make a plan. Food was great, service phenomenal and generally a WOW hotel. I will return here next year and book two weeks at this convenient hotel.

Its an amazing hotel, excellent value for money, aprox USD 80 per night. We stayed for 14 days as early as august and its too good for the price. 5 mins from Low Hu border, 5 mins walk from tongmen market .... rooms are big, have a kitchen etc so can cook... only problem very little staff know english.

I booked 2 rooms for 2nights and ended up staying 5 nights so I think that says a lot. The rooms are a little tired but very clean and options for fresh linen every day, loads of toiletries and 2 televisions, big old clunky things but did the job.
