Watch out!Reception staff know how to speak English only when you pay at the check out.I did booking on line. Hotel staff refuse to recognise online booking and website. Instead they offer rooms with higher rates. Same hotel notifies websites that guests never show up .So can charged twice!

Good location and all. But the rooms are slightly dirty. No gym was provided although stated. staffs are alright, bell boy is very friendly and helpful.

Stayed in Haikou Hotel for 2 nights with intention of staying another 3 nights after my Sanya trip. Decided against it. Room is smelly and not so clean. That really put us off. Cleanliness is most important to me. Location is good. Near shopping centres and eateries.
