“Suitable for family trip”

It's really nice hotel for family weenkend trip. Could enjoy the seafood bufet restaurant which is located in 1st floor. Also, could enjoy the Jinji lake park. Lots of restaurants and pubs are located near by hotel.

good food and very friendly staff. smiling and playing with children. had a front desk lady as a baby sitter for our little kids as their usual house keeping baby sitters cannot speak english! very impressive...

Check location. This hotel is not at the heart of Suzhou if sightseeing the old Suzhou city and the museum is the purpose of your trip. Recognise Ambassador members but staff change constantly and the training seems lacking. Some don't even know what the Black Ambassador cards are??? Club facilities v good. “Great for business travelor”

Stayed here for business. Room was very nice. Bathroom was spacious. Separate tub, shower, and toilet areas. Everything seemed new. Breakfast buffet was excellent: many offerings of fruit, continental, asian, omelet's, etc. Ate at the steak restaurant for dinner. Beef was very good. Service was top notch.
