Helpful friendly staff who spoke English. Able to arrange very good taxi transfer from Pudong airport, good driver. Room was more spacious and well-equipped than expected. Lovely swimming pool in basement, little used. Shame about the spa jets etc. that weren't working, minor gripe. Would certainly stay again.

I moved my family to SIP and we stayed at the Chateau Regency for two weeks. The rooms have a kitchen, which includes a small wash machine (Euro style), refrigerator, microwave, and gas stove.
