Excellent service, great comfort and splendid offerings. Trur relaxation after a hard day's work. This hotel is something to look forward to. You feeel like arriving at a resort where the busy life on the streets are easy to forget.

We stayed in Shangri-la Hotel Suzhou for 2 nights. The service was impeccable, right from the ride on the Audi from Pudong Airport till check out.
