Overall not very clean and well up-kept. This might be due to the local standard of the city which is worse than tens of other Chinese cities ever experienced. Also very bad breakfast even by Chinese standard which, not sure, whether due to the local standard again?

The hotel is cheap. The breakfast is terrible. The rooms are ok, but sometimes have a very strong smell of cigarette. The cleaning services are just above acceptable level, only by taking into consideration the low price. The staff at the reception is very friendly and always try to help and provide information.
