Been staying here for business for the last 6 months. For the best place in Chengdu, this is it. Right by the river, in the center of town. The staff here is fantastic, and will do all to help make your stay. Great food downstairs, great bar with live music too. Can't say enough. I have enjoyed my stay.

We had a city view room on the 34th floor. The room was very spacious and clean with lovely L'Occitane amenities. For being so high the lifts were very efficient and quick. Staying here while on business for the FORTUNE Global Forum and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. My luggage was delayed and they were very helpful with keeping me in the loop with then it would be delivered. The rooms are very clean and the gym is amazing. Overall great experience.

Typical Shangri la hotel. Comfortable room, good bathroom, excellent bed. Horizon club floor good. Breakfast excellent and good snacks in the afternoon. The service is usual Shangri la which means the very top. Personal attention from all staff is top and they cannot do enough for you.

We had a Club Deluxe room which was well set out, although the bathroom is quite small with just one sink. We did not have enough room on the suitcase holder for our second suitcase. This is a fabulous hotel with very friendly and helpful staff right near the river and close to numerous riverside restaurants and bars.
