I just spent 1 night here after visiting some factories in Wenzhou. The check in was smooth,fast and also got nice chinese tea.The staff spoke English very well..the room is pretty big with nice and comfort bed.the pool and gym haven't try it.maybe next time here the only bad thing is the location is far away.no mini market or food... Spent 1 night on business. Overall great hotel. Rooms are large and comfortable. Pool area is huge, clean and luxurious. Breakfast, can't complain either. Not the greatest I ever had but definitely more than acceptable for the price. Excellent value for the quality you are getting in return. Repeat: Absolutely

My stay here was awesome. Stunning hotel with extremely friendly & helpful staff. The Room i received was massive & very comfortable. Only downside is the food. There is not much of a choice for Halaal. Shangri-La has a great standard & they keep up to it. This year i will be going to Wenzhou again & will definitely book... More

I was pleasantly surprised to find such luxurious hotel in an industrial city. Very friendly local and foreign staff all spoke very good English. Rooms, restaurant, pool and bars are excellent quality. The hotel is very nice and new, but a bit out of the way, but i'm sure the area will improve with time.

very comfortable rooms, friendly staff, a good food menu. I didn't like the smell of the cigarette at the lobby. friendly staff. little bit far from down town, nothing is near the hotel (supermarket for example).

Just a fine hotel where you do get all service you want and you also eed after long trip They speak very good english and are extemely helpful Will certainly return. It is a little bit outside of the center but this is not at all a disadvantage
