The hotel has an outstanding location. It's comfortable and clean; nothing fancy, just what you need. Breakfast is good, and the staff is very friendly. Room has a refrigerator with minibar service, but there's a convenience store right around the corner that be a source of what you might want, starting with bottled water.

This place has a great location to restaurants, outdoor cafes, green space and shopping convenience. The staff are friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast is included, and is varied. Accomodation in Medellin appeared to be either poor or very expensive, so we were very happy to have found the Acqua Express. Excellent service, very clean, light rooms. Perfect for a short city stay where you want a comfortable bed and a decent room.
