It s a good place but it's not a Boutique. They do not have anything special that makes them a Boutique. The reception service is definetly bad but the barman is really friendly. Bedrooms are terrible: it's possible to perfect listen everything on the next bedroom. Neighboors doing sex, shouting, chatting, television.... be prepared. Also, the receptionists never help you.... Hotel was ok and quite new/modern, but service was poor. Rooms were all facing the swimming pool are I would said the walls were made of paper... so noisy! There is no boutique aspect what so ever in this hotel no attention to detail and very average rooms,the toilet is below average. Breakfast is fruits cereal eggs and pancakes but the lunch and dinner are just terrible as must all inclusive hotels. After my flight delay, I arrived around midnight, with a prepaid hotel reservation. They just sold the room to someone else and sent me to another of their affiliated hotels. It took me one extra hour to check-in! Bad procedure for a serious company!
