I stay at the Concord Suites in Avalon year after year. Super Clean Condos at an affordable Price. With Two Pools and a Restuarant on site you can't go wrong. Great for couples or Families! Friendly Staff and steps to the beach! Just drop your bags and enjoy the sunset!

This hotel meets all of my criteria to be a very good hotel! First (and always most important) was clean! Rooms were very clean! Also, the layout of the suite is perfect - especially with small kids who go to bed early and take naps! The pools were also very nice. We will definitely be back!
