We stayed a week at the Fanadir. The room was big and nice, but the fan in the AC was so loud that it sounded like we slept at the airport. The night staff was very friendly, so was the house keeping depatrment.

We weren't too sure about staying in a smaller hotel as we had previously stayed at several of the larger hotels in El Gouna, however we weren't disappointed. just returned.from 2 week holiday..the fanadir was excellent..when we arrived straight away they upgraded us to a suite..don't know why..but thanks guys room was excellent..been to el gouna before and I could not fault this hotel..only 2 negatives tho..no free wifi and the bootled water was way to expensive at 2 English pound 20 egyption come on guys get it... Absolutely loved it. Rooms were lovely. The staff were superb!! They genuinely couldn't do enough and tipping was never expected. The breakfast and room service were brilliant and the location was 10 minute walk or 2 minute tok tok ride (50 pence each) from the main marina which had some of the finest restaurants I have eaten in on holiday.

This hotel was just what we wanted - quiet and comfortable with excellent service and spotlessly clean inside and out.
