We stayed at the Pyramisa Blue Lagoon for two weeks and and enjoyed our stay very much. The pool area is very nice and the staff friendly. The hotelroom was spacious and cleaned very well. Also drinking water service to the room was excellent and hot water in the shower never run out as we have sometimes experienced somewhere else.... More

been there for 3 days in September 2011. Rooms are clean and capacious. most (but not all) of the staff are friendly. Pool area is awesome. the only draw back is food and beverages. cold drinks usually served warm. dessert in restaurant is catastrophic. Kids activity is zero.
