I understand our room was switched ahortly after arrival, but when your hair dryer doesnt work, or the safe, or the kettle, or the heating (as the tempreture dropped chronically in the eveing) and there are fag burns all around the bath... it would be expected to switch your guests to a better room... especially if your hotel is practically...
