I have just spent 2 weeks in this hotel and paid a lot of money for it. here are 10 reasons why you should not go to the Mexicana resort. 1) The staff are rude 2) It is not as I would class all inclusive, you have to pay extra for snacks e.g ice cream outside of the dinner hours... more

staff not friendly very rude especially reception staff .
