Good place to stay to get the lake view in Secunderabad. Viewable from Tank Bund Road. Breakfast is actually good. Very good quality. Good service. Worth the money. Has television in each room. Rest room is also good.

Free Wifi doesn't work in the rooms. Had to change rooms still no wifi. Location is very inconvenient , it's in the middle of busy highway. Overall we got the room at a food price so good for a night stay but without any facilities.

Stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. Booked 2 rooms. Absolutely nothing to even investigate. Don't even dream about this. Poor service , absolute incompetent house keeping, no consideràtion for residents. Cannot imagine if people really will choose this ever the second time

you can enjoy the luxury of a comfortable, clean environment price for a very reasonable price....the staff and the service is good..... room is very convenient and everything is simply perfect... food ordered was not to the level of other facilities.... nice view and best place to spend an quite evening looking at hussain sagar, can recommend for anyone.....

A good hotel,great facilities,but service was mediocre.The service personeel didn"t have any idea about repairing basic faults.Was given a good room with a nice lakeview, but sadly the AC&bath flushout wasn,t working properly&the service persons could not set it right.Was given an alternate room ,but that also had problems.Inshort Hotel with Star facilities,but poor service.
