This is the second time i have stayed in this hotel and my first preference always..based on the reviews of other hotels. Food also is very good and restaurant . Best part is the location. I have no issues..

Rooms are nice and clean. Location of the hotel is good, near to railway station and bus stop. Also food quality in the restaurant is decent. The only problem is that the service is little slow. Other than that, sleep quality and staying for a night or 2 for pilgrimage to Tirumala/ in and around Tirupati it serves the purpose.

yeah its very gud to stay in Kalyan residency. Bcoz the hotel is very clean and no disturbance, servicing is also very good... every thing is such a nice experience of staying in kalyan residency. thank u all:):)

The hotel is worth to stay and services are too good.excellent restaurant. it was a good experince with them..planning every one year...hotel location is really good..walkable for railway station and bus stand..And hotel travel desk is really helpfull for us to move all places..enjoyed the stay :-)

The rooms were very clean and a good service. Very near to the Bas & the Railway station. Wonderful travel assistance with accurate informations. A bit lacking in the room service but, it was a good stay.

We have stayed in A/C Executive room and overall Service is good, Room is neat same goes to bathroom as well. Location is great close to railway station, bus stand and mayura hotel. Only downside is the restaurant which is not that great but not bad either.
