it is worst one in service ,hospitality , non co-operative staff...............and worst quality meals . I suggest to all tourist not stay in aptdc hotels anywhere because they are govt. employees they don't bothers guests.

the rooms are inexpensive, but the food isn't. also the food is mediocre. staying here and eating out would work best for budget travelers. they offer descent rooms at fraction of a price at the hotels adjacent to the beach.

I stayed in the hotel from Aug 15 to August 19, 2012. The service was good and the restruant food was also good. I booked an AC double room and it was neat and clean. The bathroom was also quite tidy. The managers and peons were well behaved. Only problem was in the language communication.

I stayed here in october 2012. Its right opposite to railway reservation office, on the main road at the corner. single room 200rs and double room 250. I took a double room. Its a resonably price hotel with good service. A best budget option with good service. Restaurants are nearby, on the main road.

Though the hotel is on the Beach Road, it is not on the beach. Location is not bad. Sea can be seen only from the upper floors. Kailasagiri cable car station is very close, within hundred meters.
