The hotel is located in a good area and has very good dining facilities.The front staff needs to be better organised to handle few guests simultaniously. They have arrangement for picup butthe management of same was noticed to be very poor and very badly organised. The food is good in taste and the buffet breakfast is also very good.

Location of the hotel is very good, as it is situated in the heart of the city. Rooms are old but clean & maintained. Has various options for the rooms & restaurant is also good. Serves very good kebab's & other starters. Needs to improve on the breakfast quality & options.

Somehow I always like staying in this property...Despite few odds like location & brannd name I still rate this property very good atleast for business travellers. The staff & services of the hotel are great & best possible services are provided to keep guests happy. I would refer this hotel to all business travellers.

Reasonable hotel to stay in Raipur. Restaurant was quite good and a complimentary airport transfer was provided. What was particularly useful was that they were able to provide a room for 1/2 a day (as we needed the hotel during the day for a few hours).
