I attended a conference at Taj. The services are upto the Taj standard, The arrangements for the conference were very good- with good audiovisual displays - however there was some snag in the feedback system in interactive sessions, Food and tea/coffee were well served and quite in keeping with the Taj standard

I stayed for a night while traveling and i was surprised at the lack of cleanliness and detailing in a room sold. I did send a detailed email (it took 7 frustating calls to get the email of the GM) to inform him. I did get a call back from him as well

Overall not a bad stay, but wouldn't choose this hotel again. Room- nice enough aesthetically but there were pigeons or like birds living in the ceiling & were making constant noise and cooing through the night. Breakfast- worst I've had so far in India. Stayed for a period of 10 days, and my experience was just fine. It wasn't a 5 star experience by any means though.
