Chose this little motel because of the TA reviews and we were certainly not disappointed. The owners were cheerful and friendly, the room was clean and spotless, the price was right and the motel was next to most of the restaurants that you would want in town. From a European point of view, thats' America ! The endless boulevard, the big shinny neon sign at night, the flat building, parking the car in front of the room ... just like in the 50's movies. Efficient staff, clean room and a very fair price, don't try to find nothr place in Alamogordo !

The hotel owner was really nice - she pointed us to a decent Thai restaurant, and she loans sleds for White Sands. The room was clean, and the motel is well-maintained. It's a terrific base for exploring White Sands National Monument. It's also a good value. Highly recommended.

This hotel is just what the other reviewers have stated. The owner is friendly and goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need.
