I stayed for a whole day and night as well in an ugly room with almost no room service, that too at very expensive rates and therefore I have to shift to another hotel with immediate effect.. Toilet was horrible and furniture were rotten, bed sheets were not even washed properly. I will never recommend this hotel to anybody.
