We booked for a family of 4. Very disappointed to be allocated a double bed and a thin mattress on the floor. The TV did not work and shower did not stay on. Power cut out twice during stay. Anyone making a reservation at Ritz should be aware that they provide free transportation to/from the airport and the train station, which is a great advantage.
