“Very Highly Priced”

This is very small property with just 16 rooms its just single building with no parking place the room was heavily priced but was big and clean we reached there during lunch time and after check inn we headed for lunch to their restaurant to are suprise it was closed when we inquired about it with the lobby they said... “Just an OK Hotel High price low in quality”

I had gone to Surat on my official visit on 6 to 7 Sept 2012. I had reached the hotel early morning it was great on the hotel part that they gave me accommodation before the scheduled time (12:00 P.M.) thanks to them but the hotel room was just OK but the washrooms were really sick and not clean enough.... this hotel is situated at prime location, but unfortunately the staff and the facilities provided are next to poor infact worst..... i got a sweet booked for one of my friends on 27/02/2012 as a present for their first night ..... 1) Their staff is not supportive and responsive and talks in a very rude manner. 2) Their drainage system...
