My family and I went on a trip to the Western Himalayas in HP in May-June 2011. Our last destination before returning was Manali. Our travel agent had booked us in this abysmal property for 2 nights. Excellent service. The hotel staff was very professional and welcoming. The location is a plus. I would recommend this hotel if you care about service and cleanliness. The restaurant is good, but there are other places in town better and cheaper to eat good food.

Me & my wife had our Honeymoon in Manali and booked the hotel through a travel agent. It was my best experience staying outside Delhi in a hotel. The great thing which really attracts me was the interior & exterior decoration. The hotel manager & staff were very polite & down to earth with helping nature and quick service.
