I had booked this hotel, but i have been upgraded to cottage without additional cost by Mr Anand Jain (owner). Food was very good and fresh. I would appreciate Mr Anand for his Devotion in minutest thing and this was called hospitality.

Bad dim rooms without fans or heaters.rooms especially bathrooms smelling of urine.also a lot of bed bugs.hotel has good location but restaurant serves stale food and we a family of five all had food poisoining and vomiting .also no filter so beware of the water they serve as it looks cloudy and slimy compared to bottled water.

The Staying was pleasant, as staffs were very courteous, helpful along with the availability of excellent food.The rooms provide a serene look of the himalaya and loudy beas with easy accessibility to basic needs.This was my seventh stay at Natraj and look forward to have many more.

I retuened to Manali and this Hotel after 9 years and I was rewally surprised to see the changes. The rooms facing Beas river have been done up real good. The view from the balcony was excellent. We could hear the Beas river and see the snow capped mountains from our room. The rooms were neat and clean.We got clean lenin.
